Leadership that turns intention into action.

Manipura is the solar plexus — the seat of personal power, clarity and transformation. We work with senior leaders to navigate complexity through deep connection with self and others.

The meaning of Manipura

From Sanskrit मणिपूरmani, jewel; pura, city.

The third chakra, located at the solar plexus, is the energetic centre of will and self-trust. It is where insight becomes movement — where the leader steps forward, grounded and warm-hearted, into decisions that shape teams, organisations and lives.

Manipura Leadership is built on a simple conviction: leaders who cultivate inner clarity make better outer choices. Intention, embodied, becomes action.

The seed sound · रं RAM

Each chakra carries a bija, or seed mantra — a single syllable that tunes attention to its quality. For Manipura, that syllable is RAM (pronounced rahm), traditionally chanted on a long, steady out-breath to settle the solar plexus, steady the nervous system and gather scattered energy back into the centre of will.

In practice: inhale through the nose, then on the exhale let the sound raaammm hum low in the belly. Three to nine rounds is plenty before a decision, a difficult conversation, or the start of the working day.
