A series of gatherings

The Joy Series.

Curated events designed to create space in leadership for the transformative power of joy — not as indulgence, but as a strategic, regenerative force that changes how teams think, decide and create.

Why joy? Why now?

Modern leadership is heavy with vigilance. The Joy Series invites senior leaders into a different register — playful, embodied, generative — and notices what becomes possible when joy is given a seat at the table.

Each event is intimate and shaped to the moment. Some are evening gatherings, others half-day. All are designed to leave participants changed in the smallest, most useful way.

"I look at joy as an act of resistance against despair and its forces… Joy in that regard is a work, that can become a state, that can become a way of life."
Willie James Jennings

The quality of each step

Leadership is rarely a single decisive moment; it is the texture of many small ones. The Joy Series pays attention to that texture — how presence, attention and felt sense shape what becomes possible next, for a team and the systems they touch.

"If the future is co-created through the path we walk, we need to pay attention to the quality of each step."
Jean Boulton
